A Real Estate Agent since 2019, I specialize in bookkeeping, documentation, and compliance, simplifying the details and maximizing the results for clients and colleagues. My professional background in bookkeeping has honed my organizational skills, while my earlier career as a massage therapist taught me the importance of understanding and responding to individual needs—qualities I bring to every real estate transaction. 

At home, I’m a proud mom to two teenage daughters and have been married to my husband for 21 years. We live in a fully off-grid home with breathtaking views of the San Francisco Peaks. In my free time, I enjoy walking my dogs, being outdoors, and tending to my houseplant jungle—my go-to for relaxation and renewal. These life experiences have shaped my approach to real estate, where I’m dedicated to adaptability, connection, and delivering exceptional service. 

Cheryl puts her heart into her work and cares for each client. She knows purchasing a home is a big decision and puts the needs and wants of the client first. Cheryl has education in real estate and administration, keeping current on the latest trends and best practices. With additional experience in building and design, she knows if a house is well-built and what its potential is.

Cheryl’s education includes home inspection, water rights and resources, and financial analysis. She has excellent customer service and successfully facilitates each step of a purchase, from showing a house to the move-in date.
